How long does it take to inflate the Paddle Board?
It takes most people under 7-8 minutes to fully inflate our boards. If you're in shape you can do it in under 5 minutes. Don't forget to remove the black cap on your pump after about 9-11 PSI to make the last 4-5 PSI a little easier!
How do you install the fin?
Slide and push the fin into the groove and lock the fin with the rear latch. Be sure to read the instructions that comes with your paddle board.
How long does it take to inflate and deflate?
Inflation takes most people 5 to 10 minutes. Deflation takes only 2-3 minutes.
Can this board be used in the Ocean?
Absolutely! Our boards are meant for any body of water. If you are new to paddle boarding we suggest you try the board on a calm body of water before venturing out into waves.
Can you ride with a dog?
Many people ride our boards with their dogs. Be careful and watch your balance!.
Does the board come with a leash?
Yes the board comes with a leash. Everything you see in the photos is included!.
Is this board made from drop stitch material?
Yes! All of our boards are made from drop stitch material: drop stitching gives the board it's shape and rigidty.
Does the paddle float?
Yes! Don't worry - the included paddle will float if you drop it in the water..

United StatesI recently received my 10'6" Meno and have had a chance to ride it twice. The first thing I noticed about it (before being on the water at all) is how many mounting points it has. And while the mounting points almost seem overwhelming, they were all out of the way for both my dog as well as me while using it. I wasn't able to use any of the GoPro mounts as I didn't have the adapter, but that has since been remedied and I will be trying that out this weekend. Once out on the water I noticed that the extra width on the board allowed my dog to better go perpendicular to our travel. On my previous board I had to keep her straight otherwise balance quickly became an issue as she moved, the Meno seemed to solve that. Other things of note are that my wife was SERIOUSLY jealous of the quick connect fins. She was nearly ready to upgrade her board when she saw how easily the fins installed. The pump was functional, but not overly impressive... I will keep using my high volume foot pump to get to 90% full... it's just faster and less work. Maneuverability was solid. I used the medium center fin and had no issues at all doing a stationary turn and when it got a little windy I was not blown much off course. Speed wasn't top of the charts, but with a dog on board I didn't really push too hard these two initial runs. Carbon TRP Paddle felt good, I'd be interested to see the quality of the full carbon, but that is for another day. Storage and transport was not an issue and was on par with my wife's board. On top of all of that, the GILI customer service team has already been very impressive. I had a query about my purchase during one of the website sales and the team was quick to respond and resolved it above and beyond. They did such a great job and I like the board enough that I am already looking at getting a 2nd board for my daughter... just have to convince her to paddle with us!

This was a great purchase, it met all of our needs. Lightweight, sturdy, roller bag, floats like a barge or very stable. Love the color and all the extra fins for speed, stability and maneuverability. Excellent value!
