First, you note the MET value of the activity. MET stands for the Metabolic Equivalent of a Task, and it’s a measure of how much energy you’ll expend on a given activity. for SUP, the MET value is 6.0, which means it’s a moderate-to-vigorous intensity activity.
Then, calculate the number of calories burned per minute, and multiply your result by the number of minutes spent on the board.
