United StatesThis fin is about half the depth of the fin that comes with the board. I just got it but it appears that it will be perfect for shallower water paddling. The speed fin is a the same vertical depth as the side fins. The standard center fin at 9.5” is great for deep water and ocean paddling but is problematic in anything shallower than a foot. This fin a changes that- It’s a great addition to the bag. A must for river or shallow water flats adventures.
