Awesome board overall!
This Gili Meno sitting in the back of my car "resting" in it's natural form - not inflated, care free. Most of the time our boards will remain idle.
However, when inflated, and properly outfitted with leash, and a PFD, it's a beast. Always paddle safe.
I love that that board literally came with everything you'd need /.want (except a PDF, that's a personal choice Gili can't outguess us on)...
Super stoked to find out my board was a newer additional, and came with *5* action mount points for 8.0x1.25 mm mounting setups, you'll have
to Google a little to find out what cool things you can do with those, but cup holders, compass and fishing mounts, cameras, and more are nice options.
Plentiful D rings and bungee cords front and back. 4 side grab handles, in addition to the fore/arf/center handles as well. This thing has it all.
Tri Fin box is a nice touch, with several center / main fin choices too. Fin attachment is tool free (except one note below) The only snag was that the largest racing fin on my unit didn't want to easily seat
into the channel, but that was easily fixed with a bit of sanding - PROTIP: always test inflate your board and do a fit test before heading out the first time.
Kit comes with a welcome repair kit, hopefully you'll never need it. There are also extra levers as part of the tool free fin experience you can store in the repair kit tube. PROTIP (and suggestion for Gili): you'll need a small philips head screw driver to replace the levers - pretty much the only screws on the board - so obtain one and put that in your kit to have with you (SUGGESTION: be super cool if that was part of the repair kit)
Conclusion: the Gili is THE BEST VALUE i've seen. The board is awesome and could easily be a main board for someone, storage is simple for people without a lot of space, it's light, and portable as you could want. On the water, this thing is stable, yet, it flies. I was racing some guys in kayaks and they were WORKING to keep up :D.
