United StatesI didn't actually feel it is much lighter than my fiberglass paddle, but definitely noticed that it doesn't flex as much as the fiberglass when paddling harder which is what I was looking for. I think I would have liked the weight of a full carbon paddle more ( where the paddle end is also carbon fiber instead of plastic) but they do cost a bit more. Overall it's a light, sturdy feeling paddle.
